The Rainbow papaya is a bright yellow orange, with a unique papaya flavor, very sweet, and very high in Vitamin C. It ripens slightly slower then the other Hawaiian varieties, but should still be eaten when it gives to a gentle touch which is usually when the skin is 3/4 to fully yellow.

These papaya's are sweet and delicious. I really enjoyed them. I would recommend these to any papaya lover. You won't be disappointed.
